Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure booking dates, labour and materials. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or project preparation has commenced.
Customer Cancellations
If a customer cancels a project after accepting a quotation, any costs already incurred, including materials, plant hire, delivery charges and labour commitments, remain payable.
Materials
Materials specifically ordered for a project are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
Completed Works
Refunds are not available for works completed in accordance with the agreed quotation. Should any concerns arise, we ask that customers contact us promptly so that we can investigate and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Living Materials
Plants, turf, trees and other living materials are affected by weather conditions, ground conditions and ongoing maintenance. Refunds are not available for living materials once installed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
